The Association is a private, non-profit service organization with ties to the City of San Carlos. Membership is open to anyone who wishes to join. In addition to organizing people-to-people projects, the Association hosts social events and is a great place to make new friends with similar interests.

Tax-deductible annual membership dues are:
- Family Membership: $50.00
- Business Membership: $75.00-$500.00 (depending on company size)
